The workshop is pre-recorded. The video is 33 minutes long, but if you do all the exercises as you go with the workbook, you’ll have created your alter ego from start to finish in about 3 hours.

No, it’s pre-recorded — you can create your alter ego at your own pace! I recommend blocking a 3-hour work session; that’s enough to watch the video and complete the workbook.
